Before we start, we agree on what success looks like for your site, like calls, form inquiries or bookings. Then we report against it, so you can see what the work is doing for you.

Do you only work with businesses in the Midwest?

No. Midwest Web Solutions is proudly based in the Midwest and works with clients throughout the United States. Discovery, review, and support can all be handled remotely.

Is SEO included with a new website?

Every website includes a technical SEO foundation, including semantic page structure, metadata, crawlability, mobile performance, structured data where appropriate, and search-friendly content organization. Ongoing SEO is available as an optional service.

Who owns the domain and website?

Your domain always remains yours. You can host with us, which keeps design, maintenance and hosting with one team, or on the platform that best fits your needs, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or another provider. Full source-code ownership and client-provided hosting are available when defined in the project agreement and supported by an appropriate SLA.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We can redesign an outdated site, improve mobile usability and performance, clarify its messaging, strengthen lead capture, and rebuild the technical SEO foundation.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

Yes. Managed hosting and maintenance can be included based on the needs of your project. We can also consider client-provided hosting when the environment and support responsibilities are clearly documented.

Can I make updates to my website myself?

Yes. When ongoing editing is important, we can build your website with a content management system such as Payload CMS or WordPress so your team can handle routine content updates. Managed updates and support are also available. We will recommend the right setup based on the website, hosting, security, and support requirements.
